 Equine Excess Personal Liability Insurance
OHC is now offering a $1,000,000 liability policy to all  members.  This insurance is optional and will cover your horses wherever they might be, in the barn, show ring, on the trail, in the pasture, on the road or  wherever they are
 

 

Equine Virus Found in Central and NW Ohio - The Ohio Department of Agriculture confirmed on 10/17/07 that eastern equine encephalitis (EEE) virus has been found in a horse from Central Ohio (Orient) and Northwest Ohio (Harrod).  These cases are the first ones since 2005.  The virus, which is spread through infected mosquitoes, can be fatal to horses if they are not vaccinated and can effect humans as well.
